We do Commercial Leasing and sales of Offices , Retail & Warehousing for  Indian and Overseas Companies. We provide Interior Fit out on Lease for MNC Companies. We work in Major Metro Cities In India .

I myself , my professional team and my associates  offers services for  Commercial Leasing & Commercial Interiors . We provide services for Commercial Leasing for office space, Retail, Warehousing , Industrial premises , Built to Suit Properties.  We provide Interior Fit out on Lease for MNC.

I was Associated with IIID TRC as a Hon. Secretary for Thane Chapter and co-coordinator for National Committee. IIID has 32 Chapters and 14000 members pan India.I was instrumental in starting the Saturday Club , Association for Industries in Maharashtra , Networking Square company who are in Networking area.

As a Business Management & Operations Head/CEO,I have handled  Projects, Procurements,  co-ordination with  Team & all stake holders, Multi Site Operations, Utilization of Resources, Outsourcing ,  Contract Negotiations of Vendors & Contractors,  Distribution with Logistics & Warehouse, Local & Govt. Authorities Coordination, Strategic Planning, Labour Relationship Programmes Doctors, Pharmaceutical Production Managers, Marketing Heads, Event Managers for CME & Doctor Conference, Pharmaceutical Equipment manufacturers, for Respective Projects , Work , Assignments for Respective Industries .

In the NGO sector, I used to work for Social projects like Health Check up & Patient Treatment Camps , Village & Orphanage requirements through CSR activity , School Principals Interviews for various govt. schemes & new online school working issues, Bank Loan and worker’s insurance schemes awareness camps.

Ashish Balsara is an electrical Engineer by qualification and handling his family business of Electrical Consultancy and Contracting. They are into this business since last 40 years.

He is a licensed contractor serving Government and Private Projects.

He undertakes Electrical Projects along with CCTV, Access Control , Lan Cable ,Networking, Server Rooms,for office space, Hospitals, Hotels, Retail, Warehousing , Industrial premises , Built to Suit Properties, Residential and Commercial Buildings .
